Get to know Stephen:

Stephen Brown is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he majored in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting. He is also a graduate of the School of Ministry, Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa, CA.

For the past fifteen years, he has provided Financial Statements, payroll and income tax filings, bank reconciliation, and general counsel for self-employed individuals, LLCs, and closely-held corporations, as well as S Corporations.

His clients are generally in the one-quarter million dollar annual gross to one million dollar range, some of whom started from near zero when they began using Steve's services.

Services are provided for a flat monthly fee, and also include Sales tax, property tax, workmen's comp., business license renewal,  government census filings, and generally any requested report that deals with Financial Statement information. Corporate and personal income tax filings are billed separately, as well as any in-depth consultation.

Steve is a registered tax preparer in the state of California.
